Many breaches continue to involve employees inadvertently sending or disclosing information in a manner that exposes personally identifiable information, he says.

In a video interview at Information Security Media Group's recent Cybersecurity Summit in London, Paling discusses:

  • Top email and file security challenges facing businesses;
  • Manual versus automated approaches to securing data and preventing breaches;
  • The need to safeguard data with encryption.

Paling is head of product at Zivver, based in Amsterdam. He's previously worked as a product manager, user insight and strategy lead, and private banker.
