Horn leads a team of two strategic advisers and functions as a distinguished industry expert and critical thinker within the rapidly evolving domains of cybersecurity, information security and identity. His coverage areas include identity and access management, authentication, nth-party risk, converged data intelligence, data consortiums, public sector collaboration, and cybersecurity best practices for the chief information security officer/board. Horn has over two decades of experience designing security and identity solutions for U.S. financial institutions and consulting for chief information officers, chief information security officers and other executives making strategic investment decisions. Prior to joining Aite-Novarica Group, he served 24 years leading security and identity strategies at Fiserv. He founded a cybersecurity MSSP business, delivering real-time risk decisioning and defense against cyberattacks for 300 banks and credit unions in the U.S. Earlier in his career, Horn honorably served within the U.S. Navy Submarine Force.
